Eishani is a qualified solicitor of England and Wales, with extensive experience in handling high-value and complex corporate, commercial, and property disputes.
Eishani completed her training at Kastle Solicitors, where she worked on a wide range of cases under the supervision of Craig Shuttleworth. Her caseload has included a variety of matters such as injunctions, fraud, bribery, director/shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims and commercial lease terminations. Eishani is also experienced in advising on landlord and tenant obligations, including both residential and commercial properties, as well as managing disputes involving boundary issues and rights of way.
Her ability to effectively manage multiple complex cases while ensuring attention to detail has allowed her to consistently achieve excellent deals for clients. Eishani also has experience in mediation and has regularly assisted clients in resolving disputes amicably and efficiently, minimising both legal costs and time.
Before joining Kastle, Eishani gained valuable international experience through internships and legal assistant roles with a law firm in Dubai, as well as in-house experience with companies in the United Kingdom and the United States. She also gained leadership experience as a Human Resource Manager and Intellectual Property Coordinator for an international company in Dubai, where she gained an in-depth understanding of the Civil Law jurisdictions in the UAE.
Eishani’s passion for LegalTech enhances her ability to offer innovative solutions and adapt to the ever-evolving legal landscape. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys abstract painting, reflecting her creative approach to problem-solving.
