Xavier has worked upon a broad range of high value disputes that are often multi-jurisdictional and include complex fraud, involving offshore structures with overseas assets.

In addition to experience of disputes before the English Courts, Xavier has significant exposure to LCIA Arbitration. He is now seeking to develop and consolidate his knowledge of arbitration proceedings as a member of the Young International Arbitration Group of the LCIA.

Prior to joining Kastle, Xavier gained exposure to a number of practice areas through legal internships and voluntary positions, including as a CAB representative to the Grenfell Residents Reference Group.

Xavier completed his undergraduate law degree at the University of Bristol, achieving 2.1 honours.
