Andrew Gumpert is a real estate lawyer with over 30 years experience of handling complex commercial property transactions. Andrew qualified in 1988 and was a partner firstly at city law firm, Gouldens, and secondly with the international law firm, Jones Day.

Over his career Andrew has acted for major investors, developers and retailers, many of them being recognisable household names. His experience includes complicated planning and development projects, landlord and tenant matters and investment transactions.

His career highlights include the development of the first phase of Paternoster Square in the City of London, the joint venture arrangements with English Partnerships for Omega Business Park in Warrington and the assembly of various student housing developments which became known as Pure Student Living.
