Xavier’s practice focuses on disputes arises arising from commercial contracts and company law, that are often multi-jurisdictional and include complex fraud, involving offshore structures and overseas assets.

In addition to experience before the English Courts, Xavier has exposure to LCIA Arbitration and is a member of the Young International Arbitration Group of the LCIA.

Xavier qualified as a solicitor in August 2024 after training at Kastle.

Prior to joining Kastle, Xavier read law at the University of Bristol, achieving 2.1 honours. He then completed his Solicitor Qualifying Exams alongside his training contract at the University of Law in London.
