Following practical experience in a range of legal areas, including Immigration, Corporate, and Property law – Natallia joined Kastle in her first paralegal role, where she currently contributes to the team by assisting on client matters involving complex corporate disputes within the firm’s Litigation team.
During her internships, she supported matters involving both transactional work and legal disputes, gaining practical exposure to a variety of legal challenges. She has dedicated a significant part of her training to advocacy, completing mini-pupillage placements with leading criminal defence barristers. During these placements, she attended court hearings in extended, high-profile trials – some of which were extraordinary in nature – gaining valuable insight into courtroom strategy and procedure.
Natallia is preparing to undertake the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) to qualify as a solicitor, with a continued focus on strengthening her advocacy, legal analysis, and dispute resolution skills.
